I enjoyed the modern and clean facilities at Serenity Comfort Hotel, along with the spacious rooms that added to my comfort. The staff was indeed friendly and attentive, providing prompt room service when needed. However, the location was quite far from the city center, which was a bit inconvenient for my plans. Additionally, I faced an unsettling issue when I received a late-night call from the reception about my payment, waking my son.
